Masters of Tri coach Matt is available for 1-2-1 coaching, small group coaching and training consultations.
Swim sessions can be arranged in local pools while bike (turbo) and run sessions as well as consultations will be conducted at Trispot, Hammarby Allé.
The Masters of Tri coaching methodology and quality we apply for our online athletes, with the exclusive addition of face to face interaction.
A custom-made training pack will be provided each week, based on feedback and communication between coach and athlete. The aim is for consistency each and every week but with adaptability to fit the training around your life; life does change, so training needs to be adapted.
The face to face coaching and programme review at Trispot, along with a weekly coached session, will provide “live” coaching cues and adaptation of sessions to suit the individual.
1-2-1 bike and run sessions and training consultations with Matt can be arranged at Trispot. Swim sessions can be arranged at local pools.
Swim sessions can be arranged at Stockholm based pools. An assessment of swim movements, movement corrections and fitness training will be part of each session. Matt will provide immediate feedback and correction advice, ensuring you are aware of why the change is needed and that you are executing the advice effectively.
Bike sessions conducted on turbo trainers at Trispot will allow the athlete to ride her / his own bike, and importantly the position/race set up, to develop fitness and strength. The first session will include advice on bike position adjustments to suit the Masters of Tri bike methodology and training / racing style.
Run sessions will start at Trispot and use the local area for speed or strength sessions. Sessions will focus on the assessment of running movements and effort control as well as building fitness.
A consultation with Matt at Trispot will begin with a review your history, training goals, training availability and training method. Matt will then advise where to focus your effort and time so you get the best out of your training time. Bring a note pad and pen to make notes so you have a permanent reminder of the direction you need to go.
