Masters of Tri coach Matt is available for 1-2-1 coaching, small group coaching and training consultations.
Matt offers 1-2-1 and group coaching sessions; pool based swim sessions / open water sessions / swimrun & running sessions will be held at various locations around the Stockholm area – confirmation with Matt beforehand.
Open Water Sessions
These limited (10 people) open water swim sessions will be held at various locations, making the most of the lakes and water ways around Stockholm. These 60min swim sessions will focus on retaining movements and strength which are commonly neglected when moving from pool based swimming to open water.
A limited supply of Zoot wetsuits can be tested – let Matt know in advance if you would like to try one.
Matt’s 90min swimrun sessions will combining open water swimming with off-road / obstacle course running AND strength training!
These swimrun sessions will build swim and run fitness, transitioning skills and develop your strength and movements needed for conquering all types of terrains – from smooth trails to rough and technical embankments. A recipe of session components that have helped MoT swimrun athletes perform in their swimrun races – and at Ö-till-Ö!
Weekly (every Sunday morning) group run sessions will be conducted at Kristinebergs IP 400m running track and focus on speed or strength work. Assessments of running movements and effort control will help athletes move efficiently as well as building fitness.
