Flexi Training Plans
MALE / FEMALE FLEXI 16-Week triathlon plans
These are our Flexi (flexible / adaptable) plans, they provide you with the key training sessions that will build your triathlon foundation, but with it being flexible; you can build your own personalised weekly layout.
The plan includes:
- a comprehensive guide on how to use the 16-week plan
- 3 weekly swim sessions
- 1 weekly bike bike session
- 1 weekly run session
- 1 weekly brick session
- a completed race preparation week layout
We understand that life can be overwhelming at times, making it hard to follow fixed plans. This is why we created these flexi plans, the progressive series of key sessions can be distributed in your week where it suits your schedule, and additional sessions you can do will be bonus aerobic training.
You will have the tools to create you own bespoke programme!
