All our plans are suitable for someone training for their first time attempt at the distance and require a training commitment starting at 13hrs per week (Full distance) and 6hrs building to 10hrs (Middle distance).

MALE / FEMALE FLEXI 16-Week full / middle distance triathlon plans
Our Flexi triathlon plans have been developed to provide you with the key sessions that combine to help you develop your triathlon performance over a 7-day week cycle.
Three swim sessions, a bike, a run and a brick session provide the main ingredients for each week; follow our guidance on supplementing these with the long duration, low intensity sessions to develop your own programme to meet your individual requirements and fit into your weekly routine.
