Matt’s swimrun sessions will combining open water swimming with off-road / obstacle course running AND strength training!
These swimrun sessions will build swim and run fitness, transitioning skills and develop your strength and movements needed for conquering all types of terrains – from smooth trails to rough and technical embankments. A recipe of session components that have helped MoT swimrun athletes perform in their swimrun races – and at Ö-till-Ö!
Bring your race kit and join in with your race partner or train solo. The sessions will include coaching input on swimming and running movements as well as strength-based coaching to build your climbing and transitioning ability.
As with all MoT sessions, the number of participants will be kept small (10 per session) and the sessions will be conducted in controlled areas, for repeatability of movements and skills and to make it accessible to all levels of swimrunner.
