These weekly run sessions will focus on effort management and movement economy. Learning to control your effort, contrasting EASY with higher intensity efforts allows you to effectively develop your aerobic system and build your threshold and VO2Max levels.
Alongside the speed play, input on your movement patterns will help you run more efficiently, training your neuromuscular system to make the movements stick and make you more resilient runners.
Sessions will be fully coached: Matt observes and coaches to provide structured sessions that will be adjusted for all abilities. These sessions are appropriate for runners, triathletes and swimrunners.
